Valencia uses Golden Harvest for the anniversary of becoming a city and for the harvest the city’s name points at. The legal date is the 12 January 2001 plebiscite that ratified Republic Act No. 8985. Street dancing, a fair and a pageant appear when the city publishes them. A ten-day run and a month starting on 12 December both show up in secondary calendars. They are not the same schedule. Use 12 January as the anchor, and the city’s own poster for the rest.
