- C. Palanca Street from P. Casal to Plaza Lacson

- Quezon Boulevard from Fugoso Street to Quezon Bridge
- Westbound Lane of España Boulevard from P. Campa to Lerma Street
Motorists heading southbound are advised to follow these alternative routes:
- Southbound vehicles on Mel Lopez Boulevard (R-10) headed to Roxas Boulevard should turn left on Capulong Street, continue to Yuseco Street, and proceed to Lacson Avenue.
- Vehicles on J. Abad Santos Avenue / R. Regente heading to Intramuros should turn right on San Fernando Street, then left on Madrid Street, left on Muelle Dela Industria to Binondo-Intramuros Bridge, and continue to A. Soriano Avenue.
- Vehicles on Rizal Avenue intending to use McArthur Bridge should turn left on C.M. Recto Avenue and left on Legarda Street.
- Vehicles on A. Mendoza Street going to Quezon Boulevard should turn right on Fugoso Street and proceed to Rizal Avenue.
- Westbound vehicles on España Boulevard heading to Quezon Boulevard should turn left on N. Reyes Street and proceed to C.M. Recto Avenue.
